Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Cost Administrator to coordinate contract reviews, project setup in Spectrum, cost control, and monthly forecasts and billing.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to monitor financial performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely payments. Requires 5 years bookkeeping or accounting exp; project cost accounting and construction experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Preferred: 5 years project cost accounting and 3 years in construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract legal reviews and signatures for various projects.
• Monitor job costs, identify anomalies and provide feedback to managers.
• Assist with monthly project billings and ensure timely payments.
• Run monthly revenue and gross margin forecasts with PMs.
• Maintain subcontractor COI’s and lien waivers and track invoicing.
