The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with MS Project or Jira, and a background in a project-based or manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar admin role within a project-based environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in developing and executing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure seamless workflow and communication among team members.
• Act as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and resolving queries.
• Monitor and track project progress, escalating issues or delays to the Project Manager.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, ensuring participants are informed and prepared.
• Assist in managing project-related administrative tasks such as procurement and resource allocation.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and company guidelines.
