Job summary

Peterson Tractor Company is seeking a Project Management Coordinator to oversee the project accounting process, scheduling, document control, and vendor coordination. The role requires collaboration with clients and field teams to ensure accurate, timely information and adherence to QA/QC standards.

The candidate will manage procurement, billing packages, and communication with Project Managers to remove obstacles, while upholding Peterson’s safety and service principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and a minimum of two years of directly related experience.
• Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the project accounting process within specified timelines.
• Create and update project schedules.
• Track and manage incoming documents from vendors, clients, field service.
• Keep detailed project notes from meetings.
• Liaise with clients and vendors to identify changing job conditions.
• Oversee project procurement management.
• Communicate daily with Project Manager(s) for specific needs to eradicate obstacles.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are adhered to.
• Prepare billing packages in accordance with customer P.O. instructions.
• Keep all stakeholders up to date with appropriate project information.
