Peterson Cat is seeking a Project Management Coordinator in an on-site North Carolina location. The role emphasizes overseeing project accounting, scheduling, document control, vendor and client liaison, and cost-saving initiatives within a safety-conscious environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with at least two years of related experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree from a fully accredited college in Business or closely related field; plus 2 years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Mansioni

• Own the project accounting process within specified timelines.
• Create and update project schedules.
• Track and manage incoming documents from vendors, clients, field service.
• Keep detailed project notes from meetings.
• Liaise with clients and vendors to identify changing job conditions.
• Oversee project procurement management.
• Communicate daily with Project Manager(s) for needs to eradicate obstacles.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are adhered to.
• Prepare billing packages per customer P.O. instructions.
• Keep stakeholders up to date with project information.
