Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities, and keep projects on time, within scope and budget. You’ll work with the integration team to support day-to-day tasks, maintain workplans and produce status reports.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in project coordination or management, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. PMP certification is a plus.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience.
• Project management skills and strong Excel abilities.
• Empathetic communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new systems and procedures for automated planning and reporting.
• Coordinate project activities from inception through completion.
• Assist integration leaders with day-to-day tasks and workplan maintenance.
• Facilitate meetings and publish status reporting.
• Monitor project health, budgets, and costs against plans.
• Review plans and schedules for compliance with master schedules.
