Job summary

Direct Supply, Inc. is seeking a Project Associate to coordinate customer bids and project activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality.

You will oversee fulfillment by coordinating service providers, tracking milestones and maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will engage with customers, internal teams and suppliers to deliver a seamless experience, manage timelines, and identify cost-saving opportunities leveraging Direct Supply

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid activities with technical experts to define project scope and quotes.
• Collaborate with service providers and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope.
• Procure equipment, identify cost-saving opportunities and coordinate delivery.
• Track milestones and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide project updates, change orders and closeout documentation to customers.
• Support cross‑functional teams and mentor new Partners to promote consistent execution.
