Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred; 3+ years in bid or proposal management.
• Experience managing bids for complex projects or large contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive bid documentation, files, and pricing information.
• Coordinate bid activities from opportunity qualification through submission.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and SMEs to develop bid strategies.
• Review discounts and manage bid reviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM and report on project status.
