Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist Contracts and Bid Specialists. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and support pricing interpretations within the Master Distribution Agreement framework.

Responsibilities include creating order guides, coordinating with merchandising, and facilitating new item requests. You will also schedule visits, analyze market trends, and train new accounts for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience supporting an Account Executive in AC/CSR or foodservice.
• 1–2 years outside foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and data entry; ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support Contracts and Bid Specialists with inquiries, orders, and pricing issues.
• Create and maintain Order Guides; process New Item Requests.
• Coordinate with merchandising and other departments on items and pricing.
• Schedule customer visits, market analysis, and product samples.
• Onboard new accounts and train customers on systems and processes.
