Job summary

Quarterhill Inc. is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams within a project.

This role emphasizes proactive schedule tracking, risk monitoring, and ensuring documentation accuracy in line with company policies. You will engage with internal subject-matter experts and external vendors, prepare reports, meeting minutes, and action logs, and help maintain change requests and issue registers while adhering to safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAPM certification or equivalent project management coursework is helpful.
• Experience in coordination, analyst, or project support roles is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Support project oversight and day-to-day coordination of assigned workstreams.
• Track schedules, deliverables, documentation, and task progress to meet deadlines.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and preparation of project invoices.
• Maintain risk logs and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action item logs, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall project delivery.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with project standards.
