Job summary

Quarterhill Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support a Senior Project Manager in planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring daily project team operations.

You will assist with client engagement, project deliverables, and ensuring work meets contract scope, timelines, and quality. The role involves administrative and operational support across project functions, including documentation, tracking activities, and managing equipment, materials, and supplies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar required.
• Graduate degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 3 years in a highly complex project manager role.
• Government, Tolling or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• PMP Certification required.
• Proven experience delivering complex operations projects on-time and on-budget.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with the client relationship as it pertains to the project.
• Help identify and engage with key stakeholders, understanding the dynamics and relationships within the client organisation.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and stay informed about the client’s evolving needs and industry trends.
• Assist with client communication, providing regular updates on project status, risks and opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and vendors including senior levels, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
