Quarterhill Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, organize, budget, supervise, and direct daily project operations in Houston area.

You will manage client deliverables, contract scope, and all support functions, while maintaining strong client relations and financial accountability. The role emphasizes contract management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership across engineering and IT teams, with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar is required.
• PMP Certification is required; graduate degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in a highly complex project manager role.

Responsibilities

• Owns stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.
• Plans, budgets, and oversees project execution and delivery.
• Leads project team, mentors engineers and specialists.
• Oversees contract management, milestones, and payments.
• Monitors progress, reports P&L, and budget controls.
• Manages risk, issues, and change control processes.
