Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in planning, execution, and closeout of complex Vertiv IS PMO programs. You will manage documentation, schedules, and cross-functional communication to ensure delivery commitments.

The role emphasizes coordinating with clients, production, logistics, and site teams, with a focus on accurate reporting and compliance with PMO processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project, manufacturing, or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Document meeting notes, action items and follow through to completion.
• Maintain project program tracking tools and milestones.
• Compile regular project reports focusing on financial, product, and KPI data.
• Provide regular customer-facing reporting to track and forecast project progress.
• Ensure project plans reflect current status and are up to date.
• Support PMO with administrative and coordination activities.
• Generate and submit project documentation to clients (technical submittals, test documents, O&M, BOLs, shipping logs).
• Liaise with stakeholders (client, production, logistics, sites, accounts) for efficient delivery.
• Coordinate site activities with field service and production teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
