Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Junior Project Manager, Facilities to lead construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects across assigned Vertiv locations. You will ensure work aligns with scope, schedule, and budget while complying with building codes and safety standards.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, manage budgets, and provide status reports to drive projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional experience accepted.
• 3–5 years of construction/facility project management experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling and management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Experience managing budgets, change orders, and contractor payments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects from initiation through completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, schedules, and quality control plans.
• Provide project status updates and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal customers to plan and execute projects.
• Maintain commercial oversight of budgets, change orders, payments, and costs.
• Serve as a liaison among customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams.
• Conduct site surveys and coordinate project meetings.
• Plan and coordinate all phases of the construction lifecycle to meet milestones.
