Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager by coordinating documentation and tasks within the Vertiv Data Centre Deployment PM System. You will help manage reports, maintain records, and ensure adherence to processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager on ad-hoc requests.
• Coordinate project meetings; book rooms and attendees.
• Record site meetings and track actions.
• Record progress via web-cams/photos for marketing.
• Communicate with project team, Vertiv executives, and customers.
• Train document management system (Aconex) users.
• Ensure project records and documents uploaded to intranet.
• Maintain holiday tracker for team and executives.
• Assist in tracking work packages and changes.
• Support deliverables package setup and follow-up.
• Produce reports to milestones.
• Manage and archive key documents.
• Coordinate information requirements.
