Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking an IT Project Coordinator for a hybrid contract role based in Tulsa, OK. You will support planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale integration modernization project, coordinating across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders while maintaining project documentation and communications.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment working with technical and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Math, or Business Admin preferred; or equivalent experience.
- Experience with agile/scrum methodology is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and delivery of a complex integration modernization program.
- Monitor milestones and deliverables, escalate schedule/resource/dependency concerns.
- Coordinate integration inventory assessments, migration planning, testing, and deployment readiness.
- Coordinate activities across multiple project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance sessions.
- Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items through completion.
- Escalate issues and ideas to leadership with clarity and timeliness.
