Job summary

GeoStabilization International seeks a strategic executive to establish enterprise-wide financial governance for a multi-region, multi‑billion-dollar construction business. You’ll lead a scalable, tech-enabled controls framework to improve margin, de-risk the portfolio, and deliver crystal-clear financial visibility across programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive construction project controls and portfolio management.
• 3–5 years of leadership/people-management experience.
• Mastery of Lump Sum, Unit Price, Cost-Plus, GMP contracts and related law.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce standardized project controls across all portfolios.
• Deliver executive-grade financial reporting for C-suite, Board, JV partners.
• Evaluate and deploy enterprise controls systems and AI forecasting tools.
• Ensure WIP, revenue recognition, and margin tracking accuracy.
• Lead change orders, contract modifications, and claims for profit protection.
• Conduct portfolio risk analyses (Monte Carlo) to optimize capital allocation.
