Job summary

HNTB Ohio is seeking a Project Controls Team Leader to oversee the document control function and multiple project controls disciplines in Blue Ash. You will supervise staff, ensure quality, and drive efficient processes across scheduling, estimating, cost control, and PMIS.

The role includes developing guidelines, maintaining systems, and mentoring team members while coordinating with project managers and clients. Ohio-based, regular full-time position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Technical leadership over project controls disciplines including scheduling, estimating, cost control, risk management, document control and PMIS.
• Develop and publish guidelines, manuals, and documents for project controls staff.
• Supervise QA/QC on project controls work and deliverables, guiding staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, estimating, cost control, risk management and PMIS/document control.
• Coordinate development and publication of guidelines and templates for the office's project controls team.
• Perform QA/QC on project controls deliverables and provide direction to staff.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and approve timecards; support recruitment and staff development.
• Prepare reports and back-up documentation for project managers and leadership; assist in business development efforts.
