Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Project Controls Analyst in Fresno, CA to support scheduling, cost planning, and project reporting within the Electric Operations team. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site collaboration a few days each month.

The role emphasizes schedule development, cost forecasting, and data integrity across SAP, BW, and MS Project, with opportunities to drive process improvements and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 5+ years as a Project Controls Analyst or 7+ years related experience in electric/gas transmission and/or project management.
• CAPM or PMP Certification

Responsibilities

• Schedule development and analysis with Project Manager; develop project schedule and forecast plans.
• Attend Project kickoff and walk-down meetings; create, maintain and update schedules.
• Document, monitor and communicate project milestones and risks with stakeholders.
• Monitor cost plan; prepare monthly forecast budgets and cost reports; perform variance analysis.
• Prepare project cost and schedule status reports; provide monthly cost reports and risk status updates.
• Maintain EDMS and project documentation; ensure compliance requirements are met.
