Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Oakland, CA is seeking a Project Management Analyst for a multi-year SAP ERP transformation Propel Release 2. The role requires coordinating schedules, budgets, risk management, and governance within a PMO team; hybrid onsite Tue/Thu, remote Mon & Fri.

You will work with cross-functional teams, prepare dashboards, reports, and communications for senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP software projects or large technology delivery programs.
• Advanced knowledge of program management including waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.
• Understanding of business drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams.
• Ability to work within a regulatory environment.
• Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedule planning, budget planning, vendor management, and resource planning.
• Manages program reporting, dashboards, presentations, and program health communications.
• Oversees change control, risk management, onboarding, governance, and executive engagements.
• Champions Lean and continuous improvement practices.
• Gather, report, and support risk management frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and implementing mitigation plans.
• Communicate complex risk scenarios and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.
• Show strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making processes.
