Job summary

Intren West is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support complex infrastructure programs in a hybrid Fresno, CA setting. You will develop schedules, forecast plans, and budgets, coordinating with Project Managers and functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in project controls or related roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and CAPM/PMP certification preferred. Proficiency with SAP Work Management, BW, and Primavera P6 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• CAPM or PMP Certification desired.
• 5 years in project controls or related roles; construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP Work Management, BW and Primavera P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedule and cash flow/forecast plans with input from functional departments.
• Create, maintain and update project schedules.
• Monitor milestones and risks; communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly forecast budgets and cost reports; analyze variances.
• Produce and maintain project cost and performance reports using SAP/BW and EPM.
