Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Tulare, CA is seeking an Analyst-Program/Project for an 18-month assignment. Hybrid work arrangement, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional travel to service centers like Antelope Valley, Ridgecrest, Shaver Lake, Bishop, Mammoth, Tehachapi, Kernville.

The role focuses on scheduling and coordinating MPU disconnect/reconnect work, maintaining documentation, and clear communication with customers and stakeholders to meet CPUC timelines and compliance

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related coursework preferred.
Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records.
Proficiency with basic computer and office software, and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Schedules and coordinates MPU disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.
