Job summary

Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking a Project Controls Analyst II for the Belton, TX Division Office. You will support budgets, forecasts, schedules, and KPI reporting to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate cost reports, and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have strong data analysis, communication skills, and experience with Primavera P6/EcoSys in heavy civil environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years in Project Controls, Cost Control, or related role.
• Experience in heavy civil construction preferred.
• Strong cost management, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, EcoSys, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets and cost baselines.
• Lead project setup, coding structures, and baseline establishment.
• Maintain schedules across planning, procurement, construction, closeout.
• Monitor costs, productivity, and progress; identify risks.
• Prepare detailed cost, schedule, and KPI analyses for management.
• Support earned value, cash flow forecasting, and variances.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate reporting packages.
