Job summary

Primoris Heavy Civil seeks an Entry-Level Project Scheduler for the Belton Division, supporting scheduling development and updates in collaboration with project teams. The role combines office work with project-site exposure to learn construction scheduling and controls.

You will assist with integrating subcontractor data, updating schedules, and preparing basic narratives and progress reports while learning CPM concepts and company scheduling procedures.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in project scheduling, project controls, engineering, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with incorporating subcontractor schedules into the master schedule.
• Update project schedules under guidance of a senior scheduler or PM.
• Enter activity, resource, and progress data in Primavera P6 and related systems.
• Help develop baseline CPM schedules and progress reports.
• Support look-ahead scheduling and recovery/mitigation planning.
• Coordinate schedule with field operations, procurement, and engineering, as needed.
