Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking an Entry-Level Project Scheduler for the Belton Division in Texas. You will support schedule preparation, maintenance, and updates while working with project managers and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in project scheduling or construction, with basic Primavera P6 knowledge. This role offers growth in heavy civil scheduling and project controls in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of project scheduling or construction experience.
• Basic Primavera P6 knowledge is preferred; on-the-job training available.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, updating, and maintaining master project schedules.
• Enter activity data, resources, and progress in Primavera P6 and related systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and subcontractors.
• Support development of baseline CPM schedules and look-ahead planning.
• Prepare schedule narratives, progress reports, and milestone updates.
