Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Business Support Manager to drive and coordinate programs within the Commercial Banking colleague development program management team. The role supports recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development while driving process improvements and reporting.

You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure effective service delivery and operational excellence across programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in business support, program coordination, or operations.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with deadlines.
• Experience coordinating programs, meetings, events, onboarding or training.
• Ability to work with senior leaders, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and process-improvement history.
• Independent worker with sound judgment handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and initiatives aligned with priorities and drivers.
• Coordinate activities across recruiting, onboarding, and training programs.
• Provide consultative and operational support to leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and others.
• Oversee program operations, schedules, resources, reporting, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and inefficiencies; develop improvement solutions.
• Use reporting and stakeholder feedback to drive decisions.
• Prepare leadership updates and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
