Job summary

Defense Logistics Agency in Battle Creek, MI seeks a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst to lead the Support Branch Chief for DLA Disposition Services in the Resource Management Directorate.

You will provide recommendations and analysis for new programs, oversee organization alignment, workforce development, and strategic planning, and serve as administrator and principal advisor to the Deputy Director of Resource Management.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 level in personnel management programs, program analysis, and supervision.
• Experience evaluating operations to improve people, dollars, and materials, with recommendations on staffing and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Support Branch Chief for DLA Disposition Services in the Resource Management Directorate.
• Provide recommendations and analysis for establishing new programs to achieve agency goals.
• Oversee organization alignment, workforce development, position management, strategic planning, communication, and deployment management.
• Act as administrator and principal advisor to the Deputy Director of Resource Management.
• Perform a broad range of management and program analytical duties in support of Manpower Management, Statistical Analysis and Performance Management.
