Job summary

Defense Logistics Agency seeks a Management Analyst to perform work-year analysis, review Monthly Management Reports, and monitor Manpower Authorization Documents for the Branch, offering recommendations. The role involves preparing and evaluating essential management information across technical, QA, supply, and contracting areas.

Develops and coordinates office programs to improve workflows, and determines Directorate training requirements based on requests, priorities, and developmental needs

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in gathering, reviewing, and consolidating statistical data and narratives for fiscal resource planning.
• Ability to determine training requirements and coordinate with other offices.
• Strong administrative support and coordination skills for high-level correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Performs work-year analysis, reviews Monthly Management Reports, and monitors Manpower Authorization Documents for the Branch and provides recommendations.
• Prepares, analyzes, and evaluates essential management information across technical, QA, supply and contracting areas.
• Develops/coordinates office programs and procedures to create efficient workflow systems.
• Determines Directorate training requirements based on requests, priorities, program requirements, and personnel development needs.
