Job summary

DLA Troop Support is seeking a Supervisory Program Administrator to lead the Strategic Communications Division and advise on command communications strategies. You will develop relationships with supply chains, HQ offices, vendors, and senior leaders to deliver communications that support long-term logistics partnerships.

The role emphasizes guiding external and internal communications, advising leadership on policy, and mentoring staff to advance training and performance.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience: one year at GS-13 level or equivalent.
• Experience in public information/communication, partnerships, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief of the Strategic Communications Division, Chief of Staff/Command Support Office.
• Manage overall command communication engagement strategy and advise on planning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with supply chains, HQ leaders, vendors, and customers.
• Promote relationships with other federal agencies, state/local officials, and media.
• Advise the Commander on plans of action and future organization policies for communications.
