Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in strategic workforce planning and enterprise HC programs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the DCWF program per DoW 8140.01.
• Design and execute talent management initiatives including recruiting and upskilling.
• Ensure J6 maintains a skilled workforce to support DLA missions.
• Manage J6 enterprise workforce programs including climate surveys and leadership development.
• Complete manpower studies to forecast future requirements and optimize manpower usage.
• Develop long-range business plans and guidance for agency-wide programs.
• Review directives and provide comments to implementing instructions.
• Oversee workforce allocations across multiple funding streams.
