DLA Careers is seeking a Management and Program Analyst to lead and manage training programs for Defense Logistics Agency systems in a federal setting. You will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training solutions and materials for audiences across organizational levels.

You will supervise instructors, coordinate course loads, and measure program effectiveness while ensuring timely communications with senior leadership. A path to certification and ongoing staff development is emphasized.

Qualifications

  • Ability to assess training needs and translate them into structured curricula.
  • Experience coordinating training across multiple offices or teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a training leader for multiple Defense Logistics Agency systems by including the program manager offices to gain in-depth system knowledge.
  • Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates tailored training solutions for a diverse audience by analyzing training requests and conducting customer needs assessments.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive and up-to-date training materials, including course plans, procedures, job aids, and eLearning conversions.
  • Guides, develops, and certifies team members and instructors, ensure they are well-prepared, self-sufficient, and capable of delivering tailored customer training.
  • Manages training programs, course loads, and instructor assignments, while evaluating program effectiveness and proposing improvements.
  • Trains basic to advanced courses on multiple Defense Logistics Agency systems to personnel at all levels, from entry-level specialists to senior management.
  • Maintains communication with internal and external Defense Logistics Agency staff, participates in meetings, prepares reports, briefings, and written correspondence for senior leaders.
