Job summary

You will develop schedules, track milestones, coordinate resources, and gather requirements to ensure alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• Must have program management experience coordinating cross-functional programs.
• Experience with milestone tracking, risk identification, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with governance, documentation, and change-control processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cross-functional programs supporting transformation and operational improvements.
• Develop program schedules, track milestones, and coordinate resources.
• Gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment with program goals.
• Apply governance practices, tools, and reporting templates to monitor progress.
• Identify and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior program leaders.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for integrated program delivery.
• Prepare program documentation, dashboards, and status updates.
• Contribute to business cases, data analysis, and scenario planning.
• Ensure compliance requirements, internal controls, and governance standards are followed.
• Participate in continuous improvement and change readiness initiatives.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support adoption of program management tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with enabling functions to ensure coordination and business readiness.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and planning discussions.
• Perform other duties as assigned
