Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery across business, technology, and client governance. You will navigate ambiguity, build integrated plans, and guide senior stakeholders through decisions.

You will manage risks, dependencies, and change activities; frame options and deliver executive-level reporting on status, readiness, and performance. Five+ years of leading complex programs and PMP/Agile certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Five or more years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Ability to translate business objectives into integrated plans, governance, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong command of project risk, issue, dependency, scope, resource, and change control practices.
• Ability to diagnose, simplify, and structure problems and solutions while maintaining command of the details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level status reporting, decision framing, and facilitation.
• Proficiency with common project planning, collaboration, reporting, and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, ownership, colleague support, and commitment to quality.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or comparable project and change management certification or training.
• Experience with organizational change management, implementation readiness, adoption planning, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Experience working across global teams, with clients, third-party vendors, or in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution across GSMS
• Operate effectively through ambiguity in evolving environments
• Establish appropriate project roles, governance, processes, and tools
• Lead project governance and stakeholder engagement
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate progress and risks, document decisions, and track actions
• Build and maintain integrated plans covering business, technology, vendor, data, operational, client, and change activities
• Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks
• Frame options, impacts, tradeoffs, and recommendations to enable timely decisions
• Develop executive-level reporting on initiative status, goals, risks, dependencies, decisions, readiness, and performance measures
• Drive change readiness, communications, adoption, implementation, handoff, and closeout
• Guide and coach junior team members without formal people-management responsibility
