Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant program management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading multi-phase, cross-functional programs.
• Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies including Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• Ability to lead multi-team initiatives and adapt delivery models to business needs.
• Significant experience supporting business transformation, operational efficiency, or strategic initiatives.
• Align program execution with organizational goals, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Advanced skills in program budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing program governance processes, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution.
• Expert knowledge of change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Advanced skills in program analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Smartsheet.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira (preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs supporting strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and business transformation.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and resource allocations aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align programs with organizational priorities and success metrics.
• Apply program governance practices, tools, and reporting standards to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
• Identify and address program risks, issues, and interdependencies across teams and functions.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for cohesive and timely program execution.
• Deliver program updates and performance insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Contribute to business case development and investment planning through data analysis and scenario modeling.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and governance standards.
• Promote continuous improvement and change readiness within program teams.
• Mentor program managers and team leads to build delivery capability and leadership skills.
• Support refinement of program delivery methodologies and enterprise best practices.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and other enabling functions to support execution and business readiness.
• Represent program management in cross-functional planning and capability-building initiatives.
