Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field with at least 3 years of external client-facing program management experience.
• Dental background preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Account Management experience preferred.
• Travel up to 20% (quarter 4).
• Experience operating at the intersection of external client partnership, program strategy, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong program management capabilities including development, implementation, and performance measurement.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with external clients and internal partners.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving; SME in complex issues.
• Candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance from a posting location unless legally accommodated.
• New candidates in patient/member-facing roles may need vaccination against COVID-19 and Influenza.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and trusted relationships with external client stakeholders while navigating a complex internal organization to advance program priorities and deliver successful outcomes.
• Manage the development, approval, implementation, and compliance of ongoing external client-facing programs.
• Develop program budgets and ensure programs meet stated objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise in response to day-to-day business issues.
• Research applicable subject matter practices and remain aware of industry trends.
• Manage relationships and partner with corporate and regional business areas.
• Coordinate training related to external client-facing programs.
• Develop program success measures and perform periodic assessments of program success.
• Lead and manage complex programs and projects spanning external client-facing and internal cross-functional initiatives, including multiple interconnected workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Build and strengthen relationships with external clients and internal business partners to address complex needs, resolve issues, and achieve program objectives.
• Understand client needs, business priorities, and challenges and translate them into actionable program strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate across multiple business areas and influence cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Manage multiple priorities, navigate complex organizational environments, and coordinate stakeholders to drive programs and initiatives forward.
• Identify emerging client needs, program risks, opportunities, and potential improvements.
• Establish program success measures, evaluate performance, and use insights to inform recommendations and future strategy.
