Eberlestock USA is seeking a highly capable Professional Programs Manager to build and execute our growing government and military engagement initiatives. This hands‑on role reports to the Head of Professional Programs and will coordinate relationships, testing and evaluation, and business development with professional users across military, law enforcement, and government communities.

Qualificações

• Experience operating in military, law enforcement, government, defense, or similar mission‑focused environments.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with credibility across diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders and professional users.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and solution‑oriented in high‑pressure or rapidly changing situations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business technology.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary day‑to‑day contact for professional users in military, law enforcement, government and related communities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with agency contacts, industry partners and stakeholders.
• Translate conversations into actionable opportunities and coordinate product testing and evaluation.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution of the Testing & Evaluation program, including requests and tracking.
• Maintain CRM records, contacts, accounts, opportunities, testing activity and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations to implement field insights.
• Represent Eberlestock at military, law enforcement, government and industry events.
