Eberlestock is seeking a highly capable Professional Programs Manager to build and execute our growing Professional Programs initiative. You will manage relationships with military, law enforcement, and government professionals, coordinate product testing, and support business development efforts.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to operate in dynamic environments, and travel both domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience operating in military, law enforcement, government, or similar environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior leaders and specialized professional users.
• Calm, professional and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple relationships, priorities, and follow-ups.

Aufgaben

• Professional & Government Relationship Management: serve as a primary point of contact for professional users.
• Testing & Evaluation (T&E) and End-User Engagement: manage day-to-day T&E program execution and feedback loops.
• Program Operations & CRM Management: maintain CRM records and develop repeatable processes.
• Business Development & Customer Support: support identification and development of new opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Representation: collaborate with internal teams and represent the brand at events.
