Job summary

Long Wave, Inc. seeks a senior Program Manager to lead all phases of programs with a focus on delivering on schedule, budget, and performance. The role requires managing complex DoD-related contracts and coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, and operations to drive growth and execution.

You will direct ECP opportunities, engage with government customers, and ensure rigorous program controls, including EVMS, with frequent executive briefings and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in Program Management, leading large teams managing cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Proven expertise in Earned Value Management and P&L management.
• Knowledge of DoD programs including engineering and manufacturing development (EMD), integration and test, production, sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of programs, ensuring adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Accountable for total program execution and growth, meeting contractual commitments within the program portfolio.
• Lead development of annual financial targets within the programs-accountable to the program area director.
• Develop program growth strategies focused on value-added ECPs and meeting the program AOP.
• Support and direct ECP and new business capture and proposal activities.
• Cultivate relationships and own customer relationships with prime contractor customers, US government customers, and other industry partners.
• Utilize Earned Value Management to track program performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Establish Agile development plans and cadence to iteratively deliver products.
• Establish and lead cross-functional organizations to ensure flawless execution of program activities.
