Guardians of Honor, LLC seeks a Program Manager - Military Engagement Advisor to lead planning and execution of initiatives connecting cadets, students, faculty, and defense-related partners with scientific opportunities. You will bring deep understanding of Army and DoD structures, and translate objectives into executable plans while guiding client objectives and program performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business/public administration, program management, military science, education, a STEM discipline, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible military, defense civilian, or defense contractor experience, including at least five years leading programs, teams, or complex initiatives.
• Direct experience working within or supporting Army or other defense organizations, with knowledge of military operations and administrative processes relevant to research, education, training, outreach, or workforce development.
• Ability to navigate military and civilian organizational interfaces and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing schedules, resources, performance, risks, and deliverables across multiple functions, institutions, or locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and program management, reporting, collaboration, and data-analysis tools.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior guidance on Army and defense organizational structures, chains of command, staff coordination, and military culture.
• Lead program planning and execution, including management plans, staffing, schedules, performance measures, budgets, quality controls, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as senior contractor contact for Government stakeholders; prepare briefings, recommendations, decision papers, and status reports; track commitments through resolution.
• Develop engagement strategies for military colleges, service academies, ROTC and military science departments, defense laboratories, and other partners.
• Translate defense research and workforce priorities into recruitment, research matching, faculty engagement, and career pathway development.
• Oversee delivery across outreach, application processing, selection support, onboarding, participant services, website/database operations, and program evaluation.
