IEHP is seeking a Special Programs Manager II to oversee end-to-end program initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and fiscal sustainability. You will coordinate across departments, support release management, and drive issue resolution at executive levels, including external partners.

A strong background in PM, ML, statistics, and information retrieval is essential, with leadership in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent certification (PMI-PBA, PMP, CBAP or PMI-PBA).
• Minimum five years of relevant program/project management experience.
• Expertise in machine learning, statistics, and information retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation, planning, development and monitoring of Special Programs implementations to ensure on-time accuracy and financial sustainability.
• Serve as liaison between multiple departments to track, update and report on projects and issues.
• Provide PM process expertise to support release management and interdepartmental issue resolution.
