Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Program Evaluation Analyst II to lead data and analytical efforts that support Health Services departments, programs, and quality initiatives. The role requires advanced data skills, relational databases expertise, and the ability to translate findings into strategic insights.

Responsibilities include designing analyses to address research questions, measuring program impact, and disseminating results to leadership. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of relevant experience in healthcare or public health research, program evaluation, epidemiology, biostatistics, or outcomes research preferred.
• Master's degree required; in lieu, a Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of additional relevant work experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and analytical efforts supporting Health Services departments, programs, and quality initiatives.
• Evaluate and analyze programs and initiatives across Health Plan departments.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for strategy, operations, and outcomes.
• Disseminate study results to leadership and organization-wide audiences.
