Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees one or more programs, defining goals with department management and stakeholders.
• Develops program assessment protocols for effectiveness and quality improvement.
• Maintains program standards of quality and performance; manages the program budget.
• Uses CRM or similar systems to organize information, forecast, and measure performance.
• Develops annual work plans, ensures timely reviews and submissions of deliverables.
