Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Program Manager on the Customer Advocacy and Programs team to lead high‑priority, cross‑functional initiatives that improve how Stripe listens to and serves its users. You’ll guide work from discovery through launch, balancing strategy with hands‑on delivery and turning ambiguity into clear action.

In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, Operations, Data, and other teams to define measurable outcomes, drive adoption, and iterate

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in program management, business operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or related field.
• Strong ability to move between strategy and execution with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional programs end to end from discovery through launch and measurement.
• Diagnose complex problems, define objectives, scope, decisions, and workplans.
• Drive cross-functional execution, align stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks.
• Represent users and frontline teams, synthesize insights to improve customer experience.
• Define meaningful outcomes, establish leading indicators, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to executives and teams.
