Job summary

You will manage programs from discovery through execution, building actionable plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving delivery with a focus on measurable impact for Stripe's customers and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from ambiguous starting points through implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to translate insights into clear actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional programs end to end from discovery through launch and measurement.
• Turn ambiguity into actionable objectives, scopes, decisions, and workplans.
• Drive cross-functional execution and align stakeholders across teams with different priorities.
• Represent users and frontline teams by gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to improve the customer experience.
• Establish measures of success with leading indicators and feedback loops.
