Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Program Manager for Customer Success Efficiency and Scale to lead a portfolio of internal tools and AI-enabled workflows that drive measurable impact. You will partner with Product, GTM, Support, Operations, and engineering to translate frontline pain points into scalable solutions.

This role requires a strong product-management mindset, deep user discovery, and the ability to balance short-term gains with a long-term strategy for scaling Customer Success capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, program management, or related field.
• Experience leading products, platforms, or workflows from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong product sense and user empathy with ability to translate inputs into strategy and requirements.
• Track record of leading cross-functional work across technical, operational, and go-to-market teams.
• Comfort with AI tools and adoption in customer-facing or internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Own theCustomer Success Efficiency and Scale roadmap, balancing user needs and business impact.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers, Sales, and other user-facing teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Translate needs into clear product briefs, requirements, success metrics, and launch plans; collaborate with engineering for scalable solutions.
• Drive delivery and adoption by coordinating cross-functional execution and ensuring enablement and measurement plans.
• Scale CS impact by building tools and programs where dedicated coverage is not available.
