Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Program Manager to join the Customer Advocacy and Programs team. You will lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that improve how Stripe listens to and serves its users, from discovery through launch and iteration.

You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, Operations, Data, and other functions. The role requires strong problem solving, stakeholder management, and comfort with AI tools to accelerate research and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, operations, strategy or related discipline.
• Strong structured problem-solving with ability to synthesize inputs and deliver practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to brief diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, or delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs end to end: from problem definition through planning, execution, launch, and measurement.
• Turn ambiguity into action with clear objectives, scope, decisions, and workplans.
• Drive cross-functional execution by aligning stakeholders and managing dependencies.
• Represent users and frontline teams with qualitative and quantitative insights to improve the customer experience.
• Establish measures of success, feedback loops, and data-driven decisions.
• Communicate recommendations and leadership updates with clarity.
