Qualifications

Responsibilities

• You will manage projects or programs focused on identifying, evaluating, and implementing new solutions or process improvements across shipyard, academia, and industry and AKEN BLUEBRIDGE etc..
• You will research and evaluate new products, tools, or processes to determine their suitability for organizational use.
• You will establish and maintain collaborative relationships and working agreements with various internal and external stakeholders.
• You will coordinate with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support projects and initiatives from planning through completion.
• You will prepare reports, project updates, and presentations to brief leadership on program status and activities
• You will create and empower strong teams of individuals at various working and managerial levels to deliver and implement change and continue to innovate into the future.
