Job summary

Kwaan Tech, LLC, a Cape Fox subsidiary, is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our NAVSEA NSSO support office in Portsmouth, VA. The role requires strong knowledge of project management methodologies, task coordination, and stakeholder management to drive planned work across SMPG divisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects from planning through delivery
• Liaise across teams and vendors to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans are communicated
• Use tools to plan timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines
• Communicate schedule changes to all stakeholders
• Plan and facilitate project meetings to align methods and goals
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries
• Monitor task completion to identify at-risk tasks and develop mitigation plans
• Allocate resources, budgets, and hours, adjusting allocations as needed
• Manage program deliverables, schedules, and task coordination across SMPG divisions
• Support SMPG leadership and collaborate with the SMPG team
• Assist SMPG in developing, managing, and monitoring strategic and tactical components of program execution
• Organize, attend, and facilitate technical conferences, meetings, forums, and symposia
• Support ISD in meetings, action trackers, and scheduling
• Gather task data, measure planned vs actual, and re-baseline schedules
• Support project documentation, status reporting, and deliverable tracking
• Participate in program reviews, kick-off meetings, and special reviews
• Coordinate training activities and NAVSEA 04 partnerships
• Support Digital Program Office reviews and board meetings
