Job summary

U.S. Pacific Fleet is seeking a professional to support the division with assessments of programs, services, and training needs. You will apply established processes to collect data, organize work, and identify issues affecting observable conditions such as facilities and training requirements.

You will help develop strategies for administrative programs and support facility and equipment projects to advance the shipyard's mission. Strong focus on metrics and process improvements is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of specialized experience evaluating administrative programs and operations.
• Experience leading studies, analyzing metrics and deficiencies, and recommending improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments in support of programs, services, and training for division personnel.
• Collect information, identify issues, and address conditions impacting training and facilities.
• Develop strategies for administrative programs and facility/equipment projects.
• Create metrics and track trends to identify deficiencies in existing programs.
• Identify and propose solutions to logistics, procedures, or regulatory compliance problems.
• Support concepts and deployment of improvements to organizational effectiveness and resources.
