Qualifications

• 8-10 years in program/project management, preferably with DoD contracting experience.
• PMP® certification or DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management highly desired.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface for government customers, managing relationships and program status.
• Plan and manage complex program initiatives, ensuring adherence to contract requirements.
• Oversee program budgets and manage financial projections.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Mentor technical and administrative staff, fostering a culture of quality.
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate policies and quality standards.
• Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities.
