impact.com in New York, NY is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to own cross-functional roadmaps and deliver high-impact bets, including Retail Media. You will partner with GTM, Finance, and Product teams to translate strategy into executable programs.

Qualifications include 6+ years in strategy/consulting and robust program management in tech/SaaS, with strong data modeling and stakeholder influence. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or another analytical field.
• 3–4 years in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or an executive-facing advisory role.
• 3–4 years in operational program management or PMO leadership in a high-growth technology/SaaS company.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million dollar initiatives with matrixed teams.
• Advanced financial and scenario modeling; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at Director/C-suite levels.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for cross-functional initiatives under the Bets framework.
• Lead the Retail Media Bet roadmap and align stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Coordinate unified roadmaps and manage dependencies and risks.
• Establish status reporting cadences for leadership and drive execution after decisions.
